Having noticed an oil leak under the cylinder heads of their generator, the client asked us attend their site and ensure complex repairs were completed in just 12 working days.

Having started the works, the client informed us that they would need to use the generator before the agreed completion date.

To ensure the new deadline could be met, and with less than 24 hours notice, the assigned team of engineers agreed to work through the weekend.

Not only that particular project team, but also engineers attending planned weekend works at another site, joined them to work together once their own job was completed.

Works were finished ahead of schedule in 9 days straight, rather than over the originally agreed period of 2½ weeks. As the client was providing back-up power for a third party, having the generator running ahead of the original schedule ensured that there was no loss of income.
